Architectural Review Committee
The ARC reviews all new construction plans as well as modifications to any exterior part of existing homes including, but not limited to, landscaping, solar installation, driveway enhancements, and new fences.

Standing Committees
Committees are appointed by and serve at the discretion of the Board. They are a great way to get involved with minimal commitment and also to learn more about various aspects of Greenhills. Committees are always looking for new members. Listed below are the various standing committees and the chair for each.

Meetings
The Board of Directors holds monthly meetings open to all Members of the Association. Regular meetings are usually held the third Tuesday of every month at the Club House/Gym on Emerald Drive.
